My name is Lidiia Bila. I'm Ukrainian, living in the UK because of the war.

I've been working in online sales and customer service for eight years.
I'm not a "guru" or a business coach. I've walked this path—from offline sales, with no budget, no experience, and a small child in tow—to becoming the person entrepreneurs now turn to for sales support.

I used to be afraid of selling. My hands would sweat, my voice would shake.

And now? I genuinely enjoy the process itself and the results it brings.
